Women Awarded $1.6 Million for Brain Damage Suffered at Nursing Home

Elder abuse Attorney William M. Berman was recently awarded a $1,600,000 settlement for a woman who suffered brain damage as a result of poor nursing home care at a county-owned nursing home in El Cajon, California. The settlement was featured in the San Diego Union Tribune.
