Biography: Valerie C. Ramirez joined Berman & Riedel, LLP in August 2006. As a civil litigation paralegal, she is involved in every personal injury, wrongful death, and elder abuse and neglect case that firm handles. In her current position, Ms. Ramirez assists the attorneys with discovery, motion work, court-filings, calendaring, records requests, and new client intakes. Due to her high degree of involvement with each case, Ms. Ramirez has gained a great deal of knowledge and experience in the legal field. Ms. Ramirez enjoys working closely with clients, and always makes sure to keep them apprized of hearing dates, assist them with discovery responses, and update them regarding the status of their cases. Ms. Ramirez takes pride in the relationships that she is able to create and maintain with clients, and does her best to ensure that they understand the entire litigation process and are comfortable contacting her at any time.

Ms. Ramirez is a sports enthusiast, and enjoys attending sporting events, running, swimming, and golfing in her spare time. She also enjoys cooking and entertaining for her friends.
